Julio helped me to buy my first house. And this is a good buy: my family and my friends all like this house. At the very beginning, I did not even have the concept of the buyer's agent and I contacted 5 agents to see 5 houses in one day. He was the only agent that was willing to spent extra time to show me more houses in Pittston and Dallas. As my buyer's agent, he does not only discuss with me when viewing houses (including location, security, structure, and possible maintenance costs), but also provide very helpful advice in negotiating the price, mortgage procedure, housing inspection, future cash flow control & handy men information after closing. He is an expert in this business. Julio is a wonderful and considerate guy to work with.
